Sporting and Other Injuries

A personalised Clinical Pilates Program is used in conjunction with other Physiotherapy treatments to ease pain, improve range of movement and restore function.

Antenatal & Postnatal

At Physio on Wickham we love babies, but pregnancy, birth and looking after a newborn can take it’s toll on the mother’s body. Clinical Pilates is used to improve back pain, pelvic pain, pelvic floor and core function and to safely return to exercise after having a baby.

Pre and Post Surgery

An assessment to see if your injury can be treated conservatively (without surgery). If surgery is required, prehab prior to surgery improves surgical outcomes. Post surgery rehabilitation to improve pain, strength, range of movement and function.

  • anyone who wants to improve their core strength

Onero™ is an evidence–based exercise program developed from the LIFTMOR study, conducted at Griffith University under the supervision of Professor Belinda Beck, and published in the Journal of Bone Mineral Research (2018). Onero™ must be supervised by an accredited ONERO™ practitioner (Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to ensure it is delivered safely. Jaye is an, accredited Onero practitioner. Classes are held twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays at Rich Life Studios in Cullen Bay. All participants must first attend an Initial Assessment before joining the classes. Private Health rebates are available for both the assessment and the classes.
